Our goal is for our patients to come in regularly for preventative care adjustments. A well maintained spine is a healthier spine!

Exam Services:

New Patient Exam - $100.00: The exam allows your Chiropractor to assess for current musculoskeletal conditions. The exam may include a History, a Posture Assessment, Range of Motion Assessment, and Ortho-neuro assessment. Chiropractors are specially trained to use palpation to feel for muscle spasm, tenderness, and tightness in the muscles along the spine. These assessments allow the Doctor to determine the location of spinal fixations that are in need of adjustment.

After 1+ year(s) since last visit: Established Patient Re-Exam -$50.00: The re-exam occurs if a patient has not been seen in over a year. The re-exam allows your Chiropractor to assess the progress of any current conditions. It may include a revisit of the History, a Posture Assessment, Range of Motion Assessments, and Ortho-neuro assessments. The Chiropractor uses palpation to feel along the spine for muscle spasm, tenderness, and tightness, and performs other assessments to assist in the evaluation. The assessment findings allow the Doctor to determine the patient's progress. A re-exam will also occur in the case of a motor vehicle accident. (We are not an emergency clinic, and we advise those who were in a motor vehicle accident, or exeriencing emergency, to please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.)

Adjustment Services:

Adjustment of the Spine -$60.00: (Types of Adjustments: hands-on, hand-held Impulse Adjuster Instrument, Activator Method Instrument, or Vertebral Distraction Pump Instrument)

Adjustments are offered to promote relief from pain and pressure that can occur from daily use and posture positions. Your Chiropractor utilizes a variety of methods to adjust the spine, and incorporates several peices of adjusting equipment to assist with correcting spinal fixations.

Disclaimer: To avoid injury do not attempt adjustments at home. Chiropractors are trained for many years in Anatomy and proper technique and receive their Doctorate and Board Certification. Always see a professional.

Extraspinal Adjustment Adjustment of the Extremities (legs/arms/jaw): $15.00/area

Chiropractors may also adjust extraspinal joints in the body, including the jaw, shoulder, ribs, wrists, elbows, fingers, hands, hips, ankles, knees, and the feet. The extraspinal adjustments complement the spinal adjustment, and recommendations will be made based on the examination. An example of an extrememtiy adjustment is an ankle pull, which aims to decompress the ankle joint. Ankle joints can become stuck and compressed from a combination of the weight of our body, pressure from gravity, and/or a lack of supportive shoes.

Adjustment Modalities (In addition to Hands-On):

Arthrostim Adjusting Tool

The Arthrostim is a popular adjusting tool among Chiropractors. It is an instrument designed to help introduce movement into stuck vertebrae of the spine. The Arthrostim delivers gentle and precise chiropractic adjustments to the joints of the spine and extremities to help relieve pain and restore function. It can be used in place of hands-on adjustments, or to prepare the spine for hands-on adjustments. It operates at 12-14 beats per second, which is the same level at which our body communicates with our brain. The Athrostim communicates with the body’s physiology and neurology to improve range of motion and reduce pain. The force is variable, and is gentle enough to be used on senior citizens and pediatric patients.

Activator Method Adjustment Instrument: The Activator Method Instrument is a hand-held instrument that your Chirorpactor may use to deliver a mild adjustment to the fixated joints of the spine. The Activator method is gentle enough to be used on pediatric as well as senior citizen patients.

Vertebral Distraction Pump Adjustment Instrument: The Vertebral Distraction Pump is a hand held instrument that your Chiropractor may use to adjust your spine. Often gravity and posture positions can compress our spine, but the VDP-Pro instrument gently applies pressure aimed to relieve this compression. Studies show it may help treat and reduce disc herniations, help with sciatica, and be a viable means of applying myofascial release of musculoskeletal conditions. To learn more about the VDP-Pro case studies please visit VDP Studies and talk with your Chiroprator to see if this method may be beneficial for you.
